I’ve been doing some variation of this every day for years, and it’s been a lifesaver for my back.
I start off with a little bit of mobilization, which loosens me up and acts as a quick warmup, then go through the following 5 exercises:
20 reverse crunches
20 back extensions
20 bicycle crunches
20 windshield wipers
15 reverse wood chops on each side
