About the services

All services include a one-hour onboarding call for you to share your goals and running and injury history so I can start devising a custom training program.

You also get access to the online Final Surge training platform, where I will share your training plan and you can upload your workouts. So you can be anywhere in the world. However, if you are in the vicinity of Palo Alto, California*, you get the added benefit of being able to meet in person (e.g. at the Stanford track) for form analysis, drills, workouts, etc.
